Jesus surveyed the crowds of people He had been ministering to. There were so many lost and hurting people out there. They all needed a personal touch from Him, and He needed help. The crowds are still there, and Jesus is still looking for workers because the fields are ripe!

Main Scripture: Matthew 9:37-38 (NIV) – 37 Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. 38 Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”
